Please be aware that if your claim has been identified as having duplicate claims, you may now view a list of the names of the other duplicate filers.

We are currently experiencing delays processing file uploads. When a large number of files are uploaded, there may be a delay while the system processes the documents before they become visible in Files. Please try uploading files individually (single instead of multiple) and allow additional time for the recently uploaded files to finish processing.

If you do not see your file show up in the files list after an upload, please do not upload the file again. Instead, send a portal message within the claim containing the name of the file you were attempting to upload.

We will continue to work with you to ensure all your documents get uploaded in the Portal.
